Hãng Autodesk (NASDAQ:ADSK) vừa chính thức ra mắt phiên bản 2011 mới nhất cho phần mềm đồ họa nổi tiếng Autodesk 3Ds Max. Tại Việt nam, phiên bản 3ds Max 2011 sẽ chính thức ra mắt vào tháng 4/2010.

3ds Max 2011 bao gồm công cụ xử lý chất liệu dựa trên công nghệ nối điểm và phần mềm kết hợp chất liệu 3ds Max Composite giúp người sử dụng dễ dàng dựng lên cấu trúc các khổi hình 3D trên nền nhiều vật liệu phức tạp.

Đặc biệt, sự xuất hiện của công cụ sinh ảnh (renderer) Quicksilver giúp cải thiện tốc độ (render) nhanh gấp 10 lần. Với phiên bản 3ds Max 2011 mới này, các nhà thiết kế đồ họa có thể hoàn thiện các tác phẩm đồ họa 3D kỳ công với hiệu suất và tốc độ đột phá. Công cụ Slate mới khiến việc xử lý vật liệu xây dựng phức tạp trong các thiết kế 3D trở nên cực kỳ nhẹ nhàng. Ngoài ra sự tăng cường các công cụ đồ họa và phần mềm bổ sung 3ds Max Composite đã hoàn thiện hóa phiên bản 2011 này.

Một số tính năng mới, nổi bật của phần mềm Autodesk 3ds Max 2011:

- Slate, một công cụ được phát triển dựa trên công nghệ nối điểm cho phép các họa sĩ có thể dễ dàng hình ảnh hóa ý tưởng và chỉnh sửa các vật liệu thành phần trong cùng một tổng thể.

- Công cụ hỗ trợ sinh ảnh Quicksilver, sử dụng cùng lúc bộ xử lí trung tâm (CPU) và bộ xử lí đồ họa (GPU) cùng lúc, giúp quá trình render nhanh hơn gấp 10 lần so với cạc đồ họa thông thường sử dụng công nghệ cũ.

- Khả năng xem nhiều chất liệu và bản đồ kết cấu 3ds Max khác nhau trong Viewport (Cổng quan sát), giúp phát triển và tinh chỉnh các không gian tương tác có độ trung thực cao, mà không cần phải liên tục render lại.

Ông đi sơ qua phần giao diện thiết kế của chương trình, rồi mô tả chi tiết cách tạo ra các đối tượng từ đơn giản đến phức tạp, ông cho chúng ta thấy làm thế nào để mang lại những điều trong cuộc sống vào trong không gian 3D thông qua các kỹ xảo tưởng như không thể.
